You will be a member of our research & development (R&D) team to develop new applications and solutions based on our green energy technology
You will be involved in the conceptualisation, component and system design, proof-of-concept through to testing and producing working prototypes for new applications and innovation
You will responsible for creation and development of the product design together with the relevant engineering drawings and documents
You will be responsible to resolve issues relating to the improvement of our product design, including but not limited to improving the quality, efficiency, cost and downtime reduction
You will be responsible to advice on the best materials for the product samples
You will be responsible for conducting testing or analysis on a variety of product samples by using prescribed testing methods
You will be responsible to coordinating with supplier or manufacturer for producing a quality parts as per specification/drawing & Approve FA Sample.
Your roles shall not be limited to above responsibilities but shall also include a task given to meet company management KPI & Strategy.
Job Requirements

Hand on experiences & proficient in using CAD – Solidworks.
Knowledge in hydraulic or pneumatic field is an added advantage.

You will be responsible for defining hardware and software validation test plan, pre-compliance testing or relevant testing required by customer.
You will be responsible to coordinating with external supplier for PCB and harness fabrication and assembly as per specification/drawing & Approve FA Sample.
You will be responsible to guide & mentor a junior engineer whenever needs arise as per management planning & direction.

Job Requirements
Degree or Master Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering in with minimum eight (8) years of working experience in hardware design and product development.
Extensive experience in detail design with schematic capture and simulation tools, PCB layout design and familiar with PCB assembly process.
Extensive experience in using test and measurements equipment for board level and system level validation testing, knowledge in qualifying product safety testing and certification will be advantage.
Experience in software requirement specifications development and software programming in C/C++/Python for embedded systems will be advantage.
Experience in project management will be advantage.
Self-driven, highly goal-oriented and can work independently.
Good communication skills and great team player.
Must be willing to work in Mainland, Penang, Malaysia.
